Vietnam International Exhibition on Garment Manufacturing Equipment and Fabric (GARMENT & FABRIC – VIETNAM 2012) will be held from 19 – 21 July 2012 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC). This show targeting Vietnam’s key economic industry which aims to provides international textile manufacturers a professional international business platform to share industrial information, technologies as well as to prepare business, investments and joint ventures.

According to the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex), domestic businesses have completed the signing of export orders for this year. Accordingly, the export volume will increase by 20 percent and prices by 12-13 percent. The country’s garment and textile export revenues are expected to reach the target of US$13.2 billion in 2011, up 18 percent over last year.
A series of projects begun recently will enhance production capacity and help maintain Viet Nam's position as one of the world's major garment and textile exporters.
